Yes. Build Your Own splits your monthly commitment between Principal Engineering ($225 USD/hour) and standard Technical C-Suite ($275 USD/hour). Your tier’s volume discount applies to the combined allocation; optional Dedicated Time adds a 15% premium on the discounted retainer. Single-service allocations that match a published PE or TCSaaS package use those list prices. Prebuilt Startup Hybrid packages include an additional 5% savings on standardized blends. Complex transformations, critical interventions, and specialized executive engagements are available through custom-scoped advisory services starting at $337.50/hour.

Dedicated Time reserves recurring, mutually agreed calendar blocks for your engagement and adds a 15% premium to the discounted included-hours retainer. Reserved blocks consume purchased hours. It does not add hours, guarantee immediate responses, or automatically apply to additional hours.

Prebuilt Startup Hybrid packages combine principal engineering and executive technology leadership with standardized monthly allocations. That structure earns an additional 5% discount after your tier volume discount. Build Your Own uses the same hourly rates and volume discounts without that prebuilt incentive—even when hour splits match a published hybrid package. All time is billed in 30-minute increments.

Additional hours require client authorization and are subject to available capacity. They are billed separately at the applicable standard service rate in 30-minute increments. Allowances are per engagement quarter (each consecutive three-month period), not per month: Rain 3, Thunder 4, Lightning 6, Tempest 8. Engineering overages bill at $225 USD/hour; executive overages bill at $275 USD/hour. Volume discounts and Dedicated Time premiums do not apply to additional hours. Complex transformations, critical interventions, and specialized executive engagements are available through custom-scoped advisory services starting at $337.50/hour.

You can request a plan change when your needs shift. Changes take effect after we agree in writing, subject to availability and the executed agreement.

Included consulting hours reset monthly. Unused hours expire at the end of each service month and do not roll over. Unused hours do not roll over into future months, accumulate across the engagement, transfer between service categories, or convert into credits or refunds.

All standard engagements require a 3-month minimum. The entire selected contractual commitment (3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months) is invoiced and payable in full before services begin. The monthly amount shown is a pricing equivalent, not a recurring monthly subscription. No separate commitment fees or deposits apply. Engagement terms, prepaid fees, unused hours, and cancellation provisions are governed by the executed services agreement.

These engagements cover executive technology transformations, turnarounds, critical incident and recovery leadership, complex organizational restructuring, high-stakes architecture and modernization, specialized AI transformation leadership, and time-sensitive executive interventions. They are custom-scoped and are not interchangeable with standard TCSaaS package pricing.
